Building elevator
Construction elevators have become one of the indispensable conditions of building operation in the construction of low-rise and high-rise buildings. This is a tool that is used for vertical movement of people and goods and makes life easier. Today, electric models are widely used. In this type of elevator, the cabin with cargo and people is held in the air by steel ropes. Using a pulley system, the cab connected to the steel lines moves up or down. Types and features of elevators?
Elevators varying in capacity are designed and manufactured according to the building. Elevators in different designs are also available in models whose front, side and rear facades are completely made of glass. Such models, which offer users an interesting design and unique uses, are called panoramic elevators. As a result of technological and scientific developments, elevators are no longer used only in buildings. Elevators can be seen on many platforms, including floating platforms. Such transportation platforms are found on passenger cruise ships and private yachts. Elevators perform the tasks of transporting people in floating vehicles other than service elevators. Many property managers and owners are unaware that different types and classes of elevators are recommended for buildings depending on the size and type of load they will carry.
Smaller buildings with five or fewer floors usually require a hydraulic elevator. Higher buildings require an electric vehicle elevator. These are called “passenger elevators” in the elevator industry.
Passenger elevators are the preferred building elevators
Passenger elevators are designed and built to carry passengers. AmadaTECH Elevator designs passenger elevators of various speeds and sizes. The largest passenger elevators have a capacity of 2500 kg, but most have capacities between 800 kg and 1600 kg. Some are specially designed to accommodate stretchers, such as in hospitals. They can be hydraulic or traction. They can also be machine roomless and are essentially a special type of electric elevator. Passenger elevators can be machine room or machine roomless.
Freight elevators
Freight elevators are designed for heavy-duty applications and material handling. Freight elevators have vertically and horizontally opening freight doors. Service Lifts
Service lifts are often referred to as personnel elevators or small freight elevators. Commercial and residential elevators

Elevators without a machine room
One of the latest innovations in the elevator industry are machine roomless elevators or MRL elevators. These use a small gearless machine and motor at the top of the elevator shaft. The elimination of the machine room required for most elevators allows for greater efficiency in space planning. Elevators without a machine room are used in high-rise buildings due to their compact design. Elevators without a machine room are also classified as passenger or freight elevators.
