The elevator features an encoder connected to a magnetically excited synchronous motor and a feedback drive system that provides precise control, ensuring maximum comfort during stopping and moving.Floor leveling, rope and pulley stages are much more efficient than conventional systems.The complete elimination of the gear group has reduced the need for maintenance and repair to a minimum, while gearless machine systems save energy and are suitable for high-speed machine room-less systems due to their compact design and silent operation. The electromechanical brake coupled to the motor provides high safety, since it can be used as a safety component for uncontrolled upward movement of the cabin, thereby eliminating the need for a slip brake to prevent uncontrolled movement.
