It is designed to provide the reliable and smooth ride required for outdoor escalators, overpasses, shopping centers and bridges.
Our heavy duty escalators with features such as galvanized truss, reinforced parts and internal heating system can be used both indoors and outdoors and can be used in high traffic areas such as overpasses, bridges, shopping malls, airports, railway stations. All escalators are supplied and installed in accordance with the latest EN 115 -1 2017 regulations.
These escalators and moving walkways are suitable for high traffic areas such as subway or railroad stations, airports, pedestrian bridges, overpasses, etc. They must be able to withstand a heavy load of passengers during peak hours. According to the standard, such escalators and moving walkways have options and features that enable them to operate under heavy loads and outdoors.
Handrails for these escalators are usually made of stainless steel, which provides higher durability and makes them more suitable for use in heavy traffic. Depending on the customer’s preference, they can order the inner part of the railing to be vertical or inclined, while the outer covering must comply with EN 115. . In infrastructure escalators, the escalators are laid parallel and the handrails are placed next to each other, creating a level surface. To prevent people from slipping on this area, some handrail guards should be installed.

Our outdoor escalators are resistant to harsh weather conditions such as heavy rain and snowfall.
User safety is our priority. Internal sensors ensure that the escalator stops when danger occurs and immediately alerts the control room. Our products are equipped with fire-sensitive cable lines and sprinkler fire extinguishing systems. Outdoor escalators and moving walkways are installed outside the building without a roof or other upper coverings. Obviously, since semi-outdoor escalators and moving walkways are outside the building, they are not in a temperature-controlled environment. Therefore, compared with indoor escalators, they have some additional capabilities depending on the geographical location.

Handrail entry protection device
Handrail entry safety device stops the escalator if a hand or object enters the handrail entry box.
Phase error monitoring
If a phase failure occurs, the phase error monitoring device stops the escalator.
Overspeed detector
The overspeed detector stops the escalator if its speed exceeds the normal speed.
Reverse motion protection device
The escalator will stop if the direction of travel is reversed.
Circuit protection device
The escalator will stop if the chain breaks or becomes loose.
Skirting protection device
The escalator will stop if an object is caught between the step and the base.
Safety device for steps and pallets
If the steps are not working properly or a step is broken.
Step lighting
Green illumination under the steps for increased traffic safety.
Additional braking device
If the chain breaks or the permissible speed is exceeded, the supplementary brake stops the escalator.

The device will stop if abnormal brake pad wear occurs.

Comb holder plate illumination
